Israel and Arab "Land Grab"

Bear in mind that there are 22 Arab/Islamist nation states and ONLY ONE Jewish nation state. Also realize that according to the British Mandate, there is already an Arab "Palestine" which is Jordan, formerly known as Transjordan. Dividing and giving away the Jewish nation state and its ancient biblical and modern territories further creates a second Arab "Palestine" and is not historically, politically, or morally honest.

Israel is giving up Holy Land or Promised Land given to the Children of Israel as a gift from G-d.

The Children of Israel, also known as Hebrews, Israelites, Jews (called this name from the tribe of Judah and area of Judea), Palestinians (after their conquerors renamed the land Palestine) or today Israelis are giving up their gift, first in Gaza and now in the Galilee and other places because of the cash-strapped economy and yielding to perpetual political propaganda ploys and terrorism.



As if the surrender of Gaza by its alleged leader “The Lion” Sharon, was not enough, the Jewish Agency and the authority for the development of the Galilee announced on Sunday that they will put more than 4,000 houses and plots in the Galilee on the market, Israel Radio reported.



Interested parties were invited to visit 83 different communities during the Jewish festival of Sukkot, or Festival of Booths, this week. There, they will be able to talk with residents and find out about opportunities for work and education. The communities include towns and kibbutzim.




In a separate development of disengagement, the Israel Lands Authority has canceled a tender for leasing 26 lots in Karmiel's Givat Hamachosh neighborhood to Jews only.

The move was in response to a petition submitted to the Haifa District Court, which claimed that the tender adversely affected the country's Arab citizens.

The Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI) and the Arab Center for Alternative Planning filed the petition in September against the ILA, the Jewish National Fund, and the Karmiel Municipality.

The petition said the ILA was preventing the country's Arab citizens from taking part in tenders for leasing land in Givat Hamachosh. The petitioners stated that the JNF, which holds the land, said it forbids leasing land to Arabs under an agreement with the state.

In response to the petition, Judge Shmuel Berliner determined that the ILA could consider freezing the tender until a ruling on the matter, or accept the petitioners' demand, and let all citizens take part in the tender.

The judge ordered the ILA to publish a statement if and when a decision is made to carry on with the tender.

In court last week, JNF and ILA representatives announced that they had decided to cancel the tender, and that there was no need to discuss the petition.

"They should at least explain to the court the cancellation of the tender, and the reasons for the cancellation," said ACRI attorney Auni Bana.

The Arab Center for Alternative Planning is considering appealing to the Supreme Court.

Following the announcement of the cancellation of the tender, Berliner ordered the Israel Lands Authority and JNF to pay NIS 3,000 to each of the petitioners, in addition to half of the court costs.

We are witnessing the surrender of Jewish soil by those institutions and leaders sworn to protect it on behalf of all the Jewish owners around the world. We are our own worst enemy.

Israel’s Supreme Court is perhaps the worst enemy and offender favoring Arabs over Jews in its self-image of supreme fairness and justice. It has given its “supreme” ruling against an area of peace and security which should be left to military and security experts – a supreme ruling against the security barrier and separation fence against terrorism in support of a similar stupid ruling by the Arab-Islamist controlled U.N. International Court of Justice (or Injustice as the case may be).

It voted in favor of allowing screenings of the political propaganda movie Jenin Jenin of an alleged massacre that never occurred to be shown in Israel setting the standard of perpetuating the political propaganda in local movie theatres near you internationally.

The Jewish National Fund, or in Hebrew, Keren Kayemet L’Ysirael, purchased the Jewish “Holy Land” or “Promised Land” with cash and dollars of Eretz Yisrael, given by G-d to the Children of Israel as a gift. The State of Israel therefore additionally economically purchased its gift and all of the land rightfully belongs to the Jewish people biblically, historically, legally, morally, and politically.

Hebron, for example, was paid for with money by the Jews more than once historically.

Especially after the 1929 Arab massacre of the Jews in which their population was annihilated completely. But that’s another story. An honest real massacre.

What about the rights of Jews in Arab controlled and dominated lands and nations? Are there any?

What about the rights of the Jews in Eretz Yisrael? What about their “right of return” to their “G-d given “Holy Land” and “Promised Land”? What about their right to live in their homeland in peace and security? Whose rights take precedence? Arabs or Jews?
